Skill STEP 4 Graduation ❤️🎉
Another brilliant cohort has successfully completed their Skill STEP 4 qualification, a fantastic milestone on their journey in construction management.
Throughout the programme, each learner achieved a range of recognised qualifications, including Mental Health First Aid, while developing the essential skills needed to progress in their roles. From leadership and legal and contractual obligations to effective time management, they’ve built strong foundations for the next stage of their careers. 🏗️

🚗 Road Safety Awareness Session 🚓
This week, our students took part in an eye opening road safety session led by PC Chris Horwood-Jones from the Roads Policing Team at Gloucestershire Constabulary.
Students learned shocking statistics around road fatalities, the most common causes of accidents, and saw real-life footage, including body-worn camera footage from an active pursuit.
With many of our students holding provisional or full UK driving licences, sessions like these are vital.
