Our exclusive Skill STEP 3 programme has been developed to support and inspire skilled tradespeople to take their first step into leadership and management.

Course overview

After this 7 month programme, candidates will gain an NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision and develop leadership skills to ease their transition into managerial positions on site.

On successful completion of the NVQ Level 3, candidates will obtain the Gold Supervisor CSCS card.

What do I achieve?

An AccXel Skill STEP 3 certificate pack, NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision and a Gold Supervisor CSCS card*.

*Learners will require the Health Safety & Environment Specialist Supervisors Test.

Cost: £2,000 plus VAT per delegate (£1,250 grant fundable by CITB).
