OUR MOCK-LIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE
At the heart of our campus is a mock live construction site, divided into three fully equipped training zones, brickwork, groundworks, and plant operations.
On our mock site you will find:
- A covered area outdoors dedicated to brickwork, and an indoor workshop to allow students to get hands on no matter what the weather
- A fully functional drainage and paving area to master foundational groundwork
- Multiple zones for machine operation, including a scaffold tower used for telehandler training

PLANT SIMULATORS
Before stepping into real machinery, students build confidence and precision on our high-spec plant simulators. These realistic systems offer a safe, controlled environment to develop key operational skills before heading out to our live training areas.
ENGINEERING & DIGITAL SUITES
For our advanced apprenticeships, we provide access to a fully equipped engineering suite, ideal for creating technical drawings, site maps, and construction plans using industry-standard tools.
Our computer suite gives learners a dedicated space to work digitally, whether updating portfolios, conducting research, or completing coursework. It’s a quiet, modern workspace built for productivity and creativity.
