AccXel encompasses the ‘Whole Person Approach’ by creating a fully immersive learning environment led by our dedicated, nurturing, and experienced team. The health and well-being of our students is at the heart of everything we do, we ensure all learners leave us with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to be healthy (mentally and physically) and successful adults.

It is our utmost priority to ensure all students receive the highest quality experience whilst on their journey with AccXel, this includes equipping them with transferable skills that can be applied across various jobs, industries and life situations.

Importance of student wellbeing

AccXel has a statutory and moral duty to ensure that the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults is safeguarded, and that we provide a safe environment for our learners to thrive.  AccXel will take appropriate action to ensure that all learners are kept safe in the workplace, at the college, its satellites or at home.  Students who feel safe and protected have a higher self-esteem, are more confident, resilient, and engaged.
